We have a No Return and Refund policy. However, we do entertain exchanges in cases where there are sizing issues. Request for exchange of products has to be sent in by email within 3 days of delivery date with their original receipt, tags and in acceptable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning items at their own expense.

You may request for cancellation of your order before the order is processed. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an SMS, with a tracking number so that you can track your order.

As soon as the product is processed or shipped, the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply.
