Our orders are delivered by our shipping service provider.

We offer free delivery on orders over PKR 1800 and a flat rate PKR 150 for nationwide delivery in Pakistan.

Once you place an order, you will receive an email and SMS. In case you do not receive an email, let us know by email at contact@ixampleonline.com

Your order will be dispatched and sent to you within 3-7 working days.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email and SMS with delivery information, shipping service provider, and tracking number. You may track your shipment using your tracking number on shipping provider’s website.

You may choose a size with reference to our size guides available on our website.

Our inspection process is very thorough and chances are next to none for a faulty/damaged product being sent. However, if such a situation arises, you must send us an email with images following which we will investigate, verify and exchange your product.

In such an incident, please contact us by email within 3 days of delivery and we will provide replacement after verifying which shall be replaced from your registered address.

We have a ‘No Return and Refund policy’.

We accept exchange of sizes and will be happy to provide you a replacement. You will have contact us by email within 3 days of delivery date and we will get the parcel collected for which you will have to pay the return charges. If your desired item goes out of stock, you may choose a different product of equal value which will be went to you after we have received your item.

You can pay by Debit/Credit card or use Cash on Delivery service.
